After more than a decade, Cait has returned home to St. Augustin and the Dom she left behind. A pampered sub, now widowed, Cait has adjusted to making decisions for herself for the first time in years. With some help from her friends, she's begun a new life.
Then Jackson walks into her studio it's as if their years apart never happened - as if she hadn't left him for his best friend. He never stopped loving her and he's not going to give up this time. He's determined to win her back, not only as his sub but as his wife.
(Reader Advisory Grab a glass of wine, and put the kids to bed. This story has one hot Dom and a sub willing to make up for lost time. Graphic sexual language and scenes are to be expected.)

Hands down, I give Zoe Mullin's new book, Winning Cait, five stars. This was the first BDSM I've read, so I didn't know what to expect. Zoe has a gift of revealing to the reader only what they need to know and then unfolding back story as the novel progresses rather than unloading it on you up front. Cait is revealed early as a confused and/or damaged young woman who has left a complex relationship. The fact she is a submissive becomes apparent early and another man who loved her (Jackson) in the past wants to win her again, not only as his lover but as his sub. At first I felt sorry for her, thinking the role of submissive was simply the way she was dealing with her own securities but, I was wrong. Very wrong. Cait is a strong independent woman. She is a submissive because she wants to be. The importance of Zoe's tale, for me, was showing how Cait can love, be a submissive and maintain her individuality all at the same time. By the end you are convinced, for Cait at least, this is not only possible but that it is the right choice for her, made by her and no one else. Zoe's novel is a fascinating bit of psychology woven into a fun story about coming "home", finding who you are and who you can be complete with a happy ending. Can't wait to read the follow up and spin offs.Product details
